Optimal Wellness Seminars
The triad of health by definition is “optimal physical, chemical and emotional well-being and not merely the absence of symptoms”. These three seminars are titled Move Well, Eat Well and Think Well and are modeled after the physical, chemical and emotional.
Move Well: This wellness seminar teaches a cross-training of exercises. We completely understand your physical needs and become your safe physical trainer.
Eat Well: This wellness seminar teaches the anti-inflammatory diet and foods for proper blood ph and longevity. Learn the foods that reduce swelling in your body versus foods that create swelling in your body. The foods that increase swelling increase your pain.
Think Well: Meditation is working with the mind. Because we have a tendency to think about the past or future it can be difficult to keep focused on the present. If our mind is scattered it affects our health and ongoing peace of mind. Meditation requires practice like any endeavor one might undertake. In order to improve at sports or a musical instrument, one has to practice on a regular basis over a period of time.
